One clergy, On the Supreme Counsel, Ahmad Khatami, in Iran clarifies the stance on enforcing and reinforcing  the Islamic Hejab:

” It appears that the issues of “inadequate Hejab” can not be addressed through cultural effort and I think the solution is to shed some pure blood until this vermin is uprooted from our society.”

Vampires beware, now you have competition!

A choice to practice Hejab is something but forcing it with the threat of imminent death is something desperate!
